Certification organizations can send and receive documents from clients, share educational materials and post organizational updates.
With the Assessor Tool, a platform to conduct onsite assessments or surveys via a browser and native apps for iOS, Android and Windows 10. The assessor tool also functions offline for remote or secure facilities, syncing the assessment data and documents immediately once a connection is restored. The tool supports multiple assessor teams, reviewing and accepting reports, scoring and evaluations.
With a centralized File Repository for all documentation communicated to and from a certification organization and their clients. Organize your files and search by location, title, date and more. The file repository is not restrictive on maximum file size or overall repository size and supports a number of file types including pdf, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, txt, png, jpg, gif, tif, ppt, pptx, csv.
With Workflow Automation, the ‘brain’ of the certification management system. Given pre-defined business rules, the workflow module can be configured to follow different paths for a given scenario, generate documents, send email notifications, trigger alerts and monitor for events to occur. With CompWALK’s workflow dashboard, staff can visualize where prospective and current clients are in the accreditation cycle.
With Scheduling Automation, a configurable engine that automates a portion of your scheduling operations driven by internal business rules. The scheduling module utilizes the GPS data of facilities and assessors to map out your client and employee landscape. Staff can schedule assessments with suggestions based upon accreditation-type and deadlines to ensure no clients are over-looked.
